What Boys Learn in the Music Room
This Spring, our boys study Ancient Civilizations and Spanish. They sing Alma Llanera ("Soul of the Plains") — a traditional South American zarzuela with a combination of 3/4 and 6/8 meters.
PBA travels to Peru for Summer International Tour 2024 — and visits Macchu Picchu.

Our Day School boys rehearse 5 days a week. They learn to master complex music and demonstrate the professional behavior — they reinforce our choir’s reputation and earn elite performance invitations.

PBA boys value diversity and difference. We are not affiliated with any church, ethnic group, or specific geographic area. We seek out boys of all ethnic, economic, and geographic backgrounds. PBA is a diverse place with students from different ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds. Boys learn from each other and prepare for lives in an increasingly diverse and global society.
Faculty
Faculty members offer boys the encouragement, creativity, inspiration, and one-on-one attention they need. In addition to a best-for-boys learning approach, students at PBA receive guidance and mentoring at a crucial point in their education.

Our GRAMMY Award-winning boys’ choir masters music from the traditional boychoir canon — much of which was commissioned as sacred music.
