Pacific Boychoir Academy is accepting Day School applications for 2025-26.
We use the FACTS online admissions platform to collect information from applicants. FACTS allows users to complete the online application in more than one sitting, if necessary.

Notification Date: February 28, 2025
Enrollment Payment Due: March 14, 2025
After February 14, applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
IEPs and 504 Plans
Pacific Boychoir Academy is committed to ensuring that conditions for all students will be conducive to their academic and musical success. IEPs and 504 plans may be uploaded to the admissions application or provided at the Shadow Day.
Transcripts
PBA requires transcripts from your son’s current school. Transcripts may be uploaded to the admissions application or provided at the Shadow Day.

Tuition & Financial Aid
Tuition at Pacific Boychoir Academy is lower than most East Bay private schools.
Our goal is to make PBA’s academic and musical opportunities accessible to all boys. Last year, 50% of our students received financial assistance.
The Troubador Annual Fund provides generous scholarships of varying amounts for Day School tuition expenses.

The Troubador Annual Fund grants scholarships for tuition expenses — ensuring that boys, regardless of financial circumstances, can benefit from PBA’s unique blend of academics and music education.
With generous support of the Troubador Annual Fund, donors provide more students with the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive at Pacific Boychoir Academy.
Enrollment Acceptance
To accept a seat at Pacific Boychoir Academy, families must submit their signed enrollment contract and non-refundable tuition deposit no later than two weeks after notification of acceptance.
